Our Team Members
Founder / President
Founder and president of Empire Legal Reporting and Empire Executive Offices, Thomas Fallarino grew up in Smithtown, New York. At age 13, Thomas began testing his work ethic and entrepreneurial skills by venturing out into the Long Island Sound digging and selling fresh clams to local restaurants. Mr. Fallarino began his legal career working several years for a large national court reporting firm. With the encouragement, support and trust from several prestigious Florida law firms seeking a better alternative for their court reporting needs, Mr. Fallarino had the vision to set out on his own. The only issue was a twelve month non-compete he had to abide by and in 2008 banks were not lending money to new companies. With a pregnant wife and their first child on the way, Thomas had the courage to leave a stable job in a terrible economy and job market, sold his home and set out to build his Empire. In 2009 he officially launched Empire Legal Reporting in the Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale markets and never looked back.
Jennafer Belabin is the Regional Manager at Empire Executive Offices, she worked her way up from a receptionist position which she took on in 2011 while finishing school. With background experience in customer service, sales, negotiations, management and design, she has been building and contributing to the Empire legacy since the start in 2014. Jennafer’s passion for providing exceptional customer service and helping clients with their business needs is what contributes the well established relationships she holds today. She believes in taking time and care with each individual to make sure all their needs and wants are not only met, but exceeded.
Odaira is one of our receptionists at Empire’s Fort Lauderdale location. She’s organized, attentive, and supportive in all administrative tasks and an expert multi-tasker. She’s a customer service expert and will always put you and your clients first.
Adriana is located at our Fort Lauderdale location and is one of the first professional faces one sees upon arriving at the 110 Tower. She will make sure that you get a great first impression, & also provides general office support for a variety of clerical activities. It’s the support of qualified, friendly and helpful staff members, like Adriana, that makes us the premier office space in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Cindy is our receptionist at Empire’s Ives Dairy location. She’s dedicated, focused, and an expert multitasker. Customer service will never be subpar with her, she assists with all administration needs with her VIP support.
