Empire Executive Office’s has seven available conference rooms that can accommodate any size meeting up to 14 people.

Our Liberty conference room was designed to be our largest and most luxurious at the Ives Dairy location. Holding up to 12 people, this room is decorated with all white high end furniture, and offers a 75 inch LCD TV that connects to the table for presentations, surround sound, white board, high speed Wi-Fi access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone. Perfect for larger depositions and meetings that wish to impress.
Broadway Meeting Room
Broadway designed for up to 8 people, also complete with high end furniture, High speed wi-fi access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone.
Columbus Meeting Room
The Columbus room also dressed with high end furniture, can accommodate up to 8 people and offers high speed Wi-Fi access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone. Designed for large professional meeting settings.
Park Meeting Room

The Front conference room fits 4 people in a cozy, intimate setting. Designed for smaller, private meetings with high speed Wi-Fi access and VOIP Polycom Speaker phone.
York Meeting Room / Day Office
The York day office is your perfect meeting room on Ives Dairy Road. It is designed for up to 3 people. It is ideal for meeting a client in a professional setting rather than at home or your local coffee shop. Set-up just like an office: with a desk, 2 side chairs, executive chair, high speed Wi-Fi access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone.
