VIDEO CONFERENCING

At Empire we have video conferencing capabilities to connect to whoever and wherever you are. We set everything up for you, all you have to do is login with your code and you are set to go. You can host live video seminars, events and meetings by using the best platform of our generation. Chat messaging, video sharing, file sharing and recording are a few of the many features our video web conferencing can do. Most importantly, our video conferencing is easy to use and it’s included with a meeting room reservation!

Rockefeller Conference Room

Our Rockefeller Conference Room in Fort Lauderdale was designed to be impressive and powerful. Holding up to 25 people the Rockefeller conference room was designed with high-end furniture, sound proofing in walls, motorized privacy screen, VTC (video teleconferencing) capabilities, 75in. LCD TV that connects to the table for presentations, surround sound, white board, high speed Wi-Fi access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone. Lastly, Impress your clients with our statement room, we have everything you need right at your fingertips.

Vanderbilt Conference Room

Our Vanderbilt Conference Room can hold up to 12 people, it was designed to impress high-end clientele.  Designed with high-end furniture, sound proofing, VTC (video teleconferencing) capabilities, 55in. LCD TV that connects to the table for presentations, white boards, high speed Wi-Fi access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone this meeting room was made to make your life easy in fact, most of our meeting rooms have these capabilities.

Carnegie Conference Room

Our Carnegie conference room can hold up to 8 people and offers VTC (Video Teleconferencing). Similarly, designed with high-end furniture, sound proofing, 55in. LCD TV, high speed Wi-Fi access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone. As a result, this room is mostly used for small gatherings compared to our Rockefeller and Vanderbilt rooms.

Medium Conference Room

Our Medium meeting room is a great break out room for mediations and depositions it was designed for an intimate setting with white noise, sound proofing, VOIP Polycom Speaker phone and High-speed Wi-Fi access. This conference room holds up to 6 people and works best for a more smaller and private meeting room setting. Lastly, a portable tv is available upon request. 

Day Office

Fully equipped office space for meeting client’s are available to rent  for an hour/day/month or year. Set-up and decorated to look like your office, the office spaces comprise of a desk, 2 side chairs, executive chair, high speed Wi-Fi and Ethernet access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone. In addition to, for all hourly reservations we bill for the 1st hour and then in 30 Minute increments after.
