As many of you know, what makes Empire different from other coworking spaces is that we also offer private offices in Fort Lauderdale and in North Miami. These offices can still be accessed and give you the opportunity to practice social distancing in a productive space rather than your home!

Whether you choose to work from home or in your private office, Empire Executive offices will aid in all needed business operations and logistics.

Empire Executive is also taking many steps to ensure everyone’s good health and well-being. To us, you’re more than just our clients, you are family! Here are some steps we are taking:

  • Face masks must be worn at all times while in common areas and or meeting rooms.
  • Hand sanitizing stations can be found throughout the office.
  • Additional daily cleaning/disinfecting of all common areas by Empire Staff, including but not limited to, lobby, kitchen, waiting room, day offices and conference rooms (especially after usage of the room).
  • Daily communications with the janitorial crew to verify all cleaning, sanitizing, hygiene, and other cleaning practices are being followed.

Furthermore, Empire Executive Offices will be providing remote services to current clients at no additional cost! See below a list of our available remote services:

  • Phone Answering & forwarding: This option is best for you if your business requires a live receptionist answering your calls so that clients continue doing business. If you’d like incoming calls transferred to you, our professional phone answering team will redirect the call to the number you provide.
  • Mail Scanning/forwarding: If you receive mail and do not want to risk leaving your home, we will respond accordingly. This includes opening and scanning, shredding, forwarding, or anything else needed.
  • Administrative Aid: Our Empire Admin Team is ready to lend a helping hand with any administrative tasks. Whether you need help with scheduling, sending emails, etc., we’re just a call or email away!
  • Video Conferencing: At Empire, we understand we are all entering difficult economic times. Therefore, we are providing FREE video conferencing for our clients to have virtual meetings (restrictions apply). We also offer telephonic conference lines that your clients, employees, or partners can call into allowing you to host the meeting remotely.
